My name is Fiona Dutton. I am a fully qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Fitness Trainer based in the North West. I also hold the Level 3 Ante and Post Natal Exercise qualification.
I have a great passion for exercise and keeping fit, especially running, and this has now become my lifestyle and career.
I love running and also continually improving my strength & conditioning in the gym. This combination of hybrid exercise gives me the opportunity to improve my strength,fitness and health both physically and mentally. I run all distances from 5ks through to half and full marathons and understand the different training techniques and methods required for each one.
Lifting weights makes me feel empowered and stronger every single day.
My aim is to ensure that my clients achieve the goals they set for themselves, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, a healthier lifestyle or better performance in competitive races.
