About Fiona Dutton | Liverpool Personal Trainer
My name is Fiona Dutton, founder of FiFit Personal Training and a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer in Liverpool.
I am based in the North West and hold the following qualifications:
• Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Fully insured fitness coach
• Level 3 Ante and Post Natal Exercise Specialist
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and has grown from a passion into my career.
I specialise in hybrid training, combining strength training, conditioning and running performance coaching to help clients achieve balanced fitness.
Running is a major part of my life and I regularly train across all distances including 5K and 10k races, half marathons and full marathons. This allows me to coach runners effectively using the right techniques and training methods for each distance.
Alongside running, I focus heavily on strength training and conditioning in the gym, helping both myself and my clients build strength, resilience and confidence.
Lifting weights makes me feel stronger and more empowered every day, and I aim to help my clients experience that same transformation.
My goal is to help clients achieve:
• Weight loss and improved fitness
• Increased strength and muscle tone
• Better running performance
• Improved mental wellbeing
• Long-term healthy habits
